Who we are part 2
Key Scripture – 11 Cor. 5:17. As a new creation in Christ I am no longer who I was before I was born again. (I am a spirit – I have a soul – I live in a body!) Because of my spirit’s rebirth I have been redeemed, made righteous, justified, sanctified and glorified ) Now my soul (mind, will and emotions) is responsible for getting into agreement with what the word says about the new me or who I am In Christ. Romans.12:1-2 says I must renew my mind. The very God of Creation lives on the inside of me! I have his nature and his very LIFE he has breathed into me.
In part one; we learned what that looks like and how our new nature came into being. In part two of “Who we are in Christ“ we will be looking into the new creature that we are and the blessings that belong to us.
We will study FACTS from the Word of God – not traditions of men.
